- We’re informational, not official. PPPDownload.com is completely independent. We have no connection to the Haryana Government or any official authority. We can’t access your records, make changes to your Family ID, or do anything on your behalf on the portal. For that kind of thing, you’ll need to visit the official website or go to your nearest CSC center or Saral Kendra.
- Don’t share sensitive info over email. We’ll never ask for your Aadhaar number, OTP, bank details, or anything like that — and please don’t send it even if you think it might help. Your personal data should stay with you.
- Be specific if you can. The more clearly you describe what’s happening — what step you’re on, what error message you’re seeing, what you’ve already tried — the faster and better we can help. Vague messages take more back-and-forth and slow things down for everyone.
How Fast Will We Reply?
We try to get back to everyone within 24 to 48 hours on working days. Sometimes it’s faster, sometimes slightly longer if we’re swamped — but every message gets read and responded to. You won’t be left hanging.
